One seat = one user
Every agent or admin who logs into the CRM takes a seat. Listings and contacts are unlimited. Colleagues are added to the account together with the Oria team, at onboarding.

Add or remove any time
From the Billing page, in seconds. A seat added mid-period gets its credits straight away.

Paid in advance
Seats are billed at the start of the period. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Pricing questions
What agencies ask before they pay.
A user with access to the CRM, an agent or an admin. Buy as many as you need and change the number any time from the Billing page; colleagues are added to the account together with the Oria team.
The number of seats times the seat price, nothing else. Five agents pay €145 a month, or €108.75 a month on the yearly plan. There are no setup fees and you pay nothing per listing or contact.
No. Every module is included in the price, and so are updates. The only optional cost is an AI credit pack, if you use up the included credits before the next billing period.
No. Oria CRM publishes to imobiliare.ro and Storia through your agency's own account on each portal, and sending a listing from the CRM costs nothing extra. What the portal charges for the listing is billed by the portal.
Kiko and the AI features pause until you buy a pack or the next billing period starts. The rest of the CRM keeps working; credits only pay for AI.
Yes, from your account, without calling anyone. Access stays until the end of the paid period. Purchased credits are not refunded.
You pay by card and the invoice arrives by email after every payment. Listed prices include VAT.
You pay 25% less: €261 per seat per year instead of €348 paid monthly. The whole year's credits are granted on day one.
No, the subscription is paid by card from day one. There's no minimum term, though, and you can cancel any time.
Yes. After payment we import your listings and contacts from Excel or another system together, so you start with a full CRM.
