About Oria
Oria captures your property as a photoreal, fully-explorable 3D space — guests can walk through it from any device before they book.
It's a new way of rendering reality. Instead of flat photos or stitched panoramas, we reconstruct the actual light and geometry of the space — so what guests see is the property, not an illustration of it. The result feels closer to being there than anything else available right now.
Photos are static frames. Drone videos are linear. Matterport-style tours jump between fixed points. Oria lets guests move freely — left, right, up close, step back — like a video game built from your real space. That freedom is what makes the difference in bookings.
Process
60–120 minutes for most properties. A 60 m² apartment is usually around an hour; a 250 m² villa closer to two. We work efficiently, without moving your furniture, and we don't need you to be on-site the whole time.
Standard listing prep: declutter, remove personal items, open every curtain, turn on every light. We send a one-page checklist when you book — no deep staging needed, the splat captures the space as it is.
48–72 hours from capture to a live branded tour link. Photos and floor plan ship in the same window; the cinematic reel arrives at 72 hours. Need it faster for a campaign? Rush turnaround is +€200.
Active coverage in Brașov, Timișoara, and Arad — travel within 60 km of those cities is included. București, Cluj-Napoca, and Sibiu come online in Q3 2026. For projects outside coverage, we quote a flat day-rate before you commit.
Pricing & ROI
Because the deliverable does more. A photo set sits in a folder. An Oria tour goes on your site, on Booking, Airbnb, in your email signature, in your ads — and it keeps working every time someone is deciding whether to book. We price it as a revenue tool, not as content.
Studio packages start from €350. Smaller spaces (studios, 2-room apartments) are quoted individually; fixed pricing starts at €890 for houses and villas in the 120–250 m² range. All prices exclude 21% VAT.
Yes. Our agency retainer is €1,500/mo for 5 listings — priority scheduling, dedicated account manager, custom branding. For developers selling off-plan, we go from €240/unit on projects of 10+ units. Ping us and we'll put numbers on your specific case the same day.
The full kit, every time: photoreal splat tour, 15–25 HDR photos, LiDAR floor plan, 30–60s cinematic reel, a branded property page on your subdomain, and per-room analytics with lead capture. Plus 24 months of hosting. No per-asset fees.
Two ways. First, you convert more of the people already looking — guests who can really see the space hesitate less. Second, you justify a higher rate, because the property looks like what it actually is. We've seen both effects on hotels, villas and event venues. Technical
On our infrastructure, with a fast CDN. You get a stable link and an embed snippet. You don't host anything yourself — and the tour stays live as long as your subscription is active.
Yes. We give you a one-line embed (an <iframe> or a small script) that drops into WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or a custom build. We can help your developer if needed.
Yes — most of our traffic is mobile. The viewer is built for touch, loads progressively, and works on any reasonably recent phone or tablet.
No. It opens in any modern browser, no app, no login, no plugin.
Yes. We re-shoot the changed areas and splice them in. You don't lose the link, and most embed snippets keep working.
Privacy
We treat everything as confidential. Raw footage stays on our infrastructure, isn't shared, and isn't used for marketing without your written agreement. The published tour is yours.
Yes, no friction. If you have your own template, send it over. If not, we have a simple one ready.
After delivery
We work with you until you are. The price includes a revision round, and we don't consider a project done until you sign off. If something we promised doesn't land, we make it right.
