Pick property type and date on the booking page. We confirm within 4 hours on business days. Most scans are scheduled within 5–10 days of booking, sooner if there's an opening.
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before the scan. Inside 48 hours, a 30% fee applies — unless it's weather or access. Bad light kills the result, so weather reschedules are always free.
Yes, for +€200. Same-week capture is standard; same-day is possible Mon–Fri if you book before 9am.
On-site & prep
60–120 minutes on-site. A 60 m² apartment is usually 60 minutes; a 250 m² villa is closer to two hours. We schedule scans during daylight hours for the best ambient light.
Standard listing prep: declutter, remove personal items, open every curtain, turn on every light. We send a one-page checklist when you book. No deep staging — the splat captures the space as it is.
Yes — residents, staff, and guests are fine. If anyone appears in a frame, we blur faces in post. GDPR-compliant by default. For hospitality, we usually scan between check-out and check-in.
Delivery & quality
48–72 hours from capture to a live branded tour link. Photos and floor plan ship in the same window. The cinematic reel ships at 72 hours.
We reshoot or re-edit at no extra cost. In the rare case a property genuinely doesn't work for splat capture (heavy mirrored walls, no usable light, no access to power), we refund in full and walk away.
Matterport stitches 360° photos from fixed tripod points — you teleport between them. Oria captures the whole space as a continuous Gaussian splat: real reflections, real depth, real soft light, smooth free navigation. For premium properties where one wrong-looking surface kills the booking, the difference is the difference between selling and not.
Pricing, ownership & sharing
Prices on this page are excluding VAT (21% in Romania). The package covers everything in the kit plus 24 months of hosting. Travel within 60 km of Brașov, Timișoara, or Arad is included; beyond that we quote a flat day-rate before you commit. No per-asset fees, no surprise charges.
You own the visual content and branding. We host and serve the tour for the included 24 months (extendable at €9/mo). If you ever want the source captures or scene files, we export them on request. No lock-in.
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, imobiliare.ro, OLX, your own custom site — anywhere you can paste an iframe or oEmbed link. For Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo (which don't allow third-party embeds), every tour comes with a branded landing page you can link from your listing description. Most premium hosts route guests through their direct site anyway.
